Carol Mustilli has an extensive background in management in both the financial and real estate industry. Before forming Premiere Title, she started her career at Bankers Trust Company performing trustee and recordkeeping functions on multi million dollar Defined Contribution Employee Benefit Plans including 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plans. She also worked for Merrill Lynch as a Plan Manager managing 25 Defined Contribution Plans.

As the Lead Training Teacher for Tutor Time, she trained and supervised all staff, managed the center conducted tours and was responsible for all Human Resource responsibilities. She later found her passion working for Title Alliance LTD performing daily responsibilities which included Processor, Licensed Title Agent Trainer and Notary Public supporting multiple offices. She has over ten years’ experience in the Title industry with Exceptional customer service.  Carol is licensed in PA and NJ.
