This value will then be paired with the millage rates set by the county. Premiere will handle all communication with applicable county officials and get the information needed to complete the title commitment.

Judgment and Lien Searches: All of Premiere’s clients on both sides of any transaction will be properly vetted to ensure there are no existing judgment liens. A buyer has the right to know if the party selling the property has any outstanding creditors that have a stake on the property.
