Tax Assessment Information: Before purchasing or selling a home, a tax assessment will be made on the property to determine its true market value. This value will then be paired with the millage rates set by the county. Premiere will handle all communication with applicable county officials and get the information needed to complete the title commitment.
Acceptance of E-Mail Documents: All of Premiere’s communication run through secured email service. You can expect responsiveness at every step in the process and know that your information is properly secured.
Judgment and Lien Searches: All of Premiere’s clients on both sides of any transaction will be properly vetted to ensure there are no existing judgment liens. A buyer has the right to know if the party selling the property has any outstanding creditors that have a stake on the property. Premiere will handle this before any agreement or numbers are finalized.
